Brian Kerle Basketball Academy
Brian Kerle Basketball Academy offers an elite 12-month academy experience, which provides participants with the opportunity to advance their career prospects by completing a nationally-accredited diploma while undertaking an advanced basketball education program. The intensive full-time program is suitable for males and females aged between 16 and 25 years and is delivered by qualified educators led by dual Olympian and four-time NBL championship coach Brian Kerle.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the project was to enhance and streamline the enrollment processes for participation in the training clinics. The APP would eliminate manual handling within the business and automate processes; making it easier and more efficient to running their training clinics.
CHALLENGES
Understanding the different aspects of their business and being able to migrate their entire booking system into a single application and database.

STANDARD USERS
- Create user accounts
- View details of clinics
- Enroll into clinics, with ability to enroll more than one child/persons at a time
- Make payments for clinics
- Ability to enroll into individual / private sessions
- Access current and historical enrollment details
- Access funds credited back to the attendee(s) in case of cancellation of clinics and/or cancellation by the attendees who could not attend the prescribed clinic.
ADMINISTRATORS
- Manage, add, edit and delete clinics
- View and print details of students who have enrolled into a clinic
- Generate and print reports on attendees
